| Techniques of Instruction is a two day workshop. Suited for emergency response
trainers, it teaches all the basics of instruction. At the end of the workshop, you will be confident about teaching a class, and actually have people listen - and not fall asleep! I do one-on-one instruction, as well as groups. The workshop would be done at your location, if outside Victoria, or by preference. |
Interview Skills is a one day workshop. Suited for emergency response personnel who
have an interviewing responsibility. Others may qualify as well. This is not police interviewing. This workshop teaches a number of techniques with the goal of getting information from distraught people. Investigation for SAR purposes is included. The workshop would be done at your location, if outside Victoria, or by preference. |
Incident CommandThe Incident Command offering is a basic introduction of the Incident Command System. A
workshop is included. One day and two day courses are available. It covers many topics including the
justification for ICS use. |
